Every piece is created through a collaborative process between designer and client.
From the first conversation to the final garment, each step is designed to ensure that every piece reflects the individuality of its wearer while maintaining the craftsmanship and artistic vision of the designer.
After submitting a consultation request, a time will be scheduled for the client and designer to discuss the custom commission.
During this conversation, details such as color, fabric, silhouette, fit, timeline, and pricing will be explored. A mood board and/or sketch may be used to communicate the creative direction and overall vision for the piece.
Following the consultation, the design concept is refined, and materials are selected to complement the approved vision.
Throughout this phase, the client and designer may communicate as needed to discuss fabrics, ideas, and design details, ensuring the piece reflects both the client’s individuality and the designer’s artistic perspective.
Once the design direction is approved, a 50% deposit is required to secure the commission and begin the creation process.
This deposit allows for the sourcing of fabrics and materials specifically selected for the garment.
Each Benét piece is crafted with careful attention to structure, proportion, and detail.
When applicable, a toile may be created to refine the garment’s silhouette before the final piece is constructed.
When possible, a fitting will be scheduled to evaluate the garment’s fit and make any necessary adjustments.
If a fitting is not scheduled, the garment will be constructed using the measurements provided by the client.
Once the garment is finalized, the remaining balance is due prior to delivery.
The finished Benét piece is then prepared and presented to the client, one-of-one and never reproduced.
